B. Logan Jones

KEENE - B. Logan Jones, 44, of Keene, passed away Aug. 18, 2008 at the Adirondack Medical Center in Lake Placid.

He was born in Red Bank, N.J. on July 6, 1964, the son of Alfred W. and Pierrette J. (Petas) Jones.

Mr. Jones had worked for Rookery Ranch in Keene as a service technician and horse trainer.

The most loving father and husband, he worked with his wife Nicky at her horse training and instructing business and cherished the time he spent with his children Cedar and Lily. Most recently, his love for the beauty of nature and the outdoors led him to pursue a career in photography, specializing as a portrait, nature and abstract photographer.

An avid lover of nature, trail builder, bicycler and a lover of beauty and the outdoors, he will truly be missed.

B. Logan is survived by wife Nicky Frechette and their two children Cedar and Lily, of Keene; his parents Alfred and Pierrette Jones, of Keene; one brother, Leroy W. Jones and his wife Martha, of North Hampton, N.H.; three sisters: Alison Jones, of Tacoma, Wash., Darcy Fuguet and her husband Howard of Cambridge, Mass., and Laurie Bergamini and her husband Herbert, of Lake Placid. He is also survived by his father and mother in-law, Dick and Michele Frechette; his sister-in-law Daniel Benton and her family; and his brother-in-law Dusty Frechette and his family; many aunts, uncles and cousins; his true friends Josh Silverstein and Lisa Parker, both of Keene; and many other friends.

Calling hours and a time of reflection will be held Thursday, Aug. 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Clark Funeral Home in Lake Placid. Interment services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Friends and relatives not able to attend are encouraged to send a personal note or E-card to the family at logan@wildmoo.net.
