‘Good Morning America’ to film in Lake Placid
LAKE PLACID — A TV crew from ABC’s “Good Morning America” will be in the Olympic Village Saturday to film a flurry of holiday activities in the Olympic Village and its surrounding communities. The “Good Morning America” crew will cover the Lake Placid Holiday Village Stroll, Main Street carolers and the Whiteface Mountain Ski Center. The television crew will also capture the Christmas tree lighting set to take place at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mid’s Park. The feature is scheduled to air on “Good Morning America” from 8 to 9 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 14. For more information on all events this weekend, visit lakeplacid.com/holidays.
